How much is Shipping?

Shipping of prints is Free worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All prints will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so PLEASE make sure you have entered your address correctly. Thank you.

 

Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?

Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All prices are in Euro but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

 

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, even though all prices are listed in Euro, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

 

When will my prints arrive?

Prints usually take a maximum of 1 week (usually faster) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am hand printing and packaging each print. Prints are then shipped with First Class Mail, which can take approximately 1-3 business days for Ireland and UK orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office, normally 5-10 days..

 

How are the prints packaged?

  • All orders containing A2 or A3 prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a rugged cylindrical shipping tube.

  • A4 prints will be placed in a protective plastic sleeve with backing board and shipped flat in a rigid envelope to ensure no bending occurs.

  • Orders that contain several prints will be shipped flat.

     

What paper/ink do you use?

The images are printed on luxurious thick matt white fine art paper. Each print is made with archival quality pigment based inks producing a vivid and luminous colour range, designed to last over 200 years without fading. This whole archival process is to museum standards.

Do you provide framing?

Yes, I offer framing for collection only, all frames are custom made at my studio with top quality materials

Do the prints have a margin/border?

Yes, the margin will vary depending on the original aspect ratio of the artwork, but there is usually at least a 2cm margin on each side.

 

What is the return/refund policy?

If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print then email it to me at shauneganphotography@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation.
